Director of Human Resources & Office Administration

Andrea manages the day-to-day internal operations, including facilities management and general office administration. In her human resources role, she manages recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and ensures a strong and effective HR function for the organization. Andrea was regional operations manager and team administrator at the Washington, D.C., office of Isaacson, Miller, an executive search firm. She previously was the office manager for the law offices of Brown & Gould, LLP. Andrea is a Tulane University graduate and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification.

What are people most surprised to learn about you?
I hold dual Canadian and Dutch citizenships and speak three languages (English, Dutch, and French).

Why are you passionate about working at Ed Trust?
Being a part of the mission to help all kids reach their potential and providing the necessary tools to help kids, parents, teachers, and communities themselves become better advocates to reach this goal.
