For part two, hear from a panel of teachers from across the country who contributed to Kappan’s recent special report “Building a More Ethnoracially Diverse Teaching Force”. Panelists will share their personal experience as teachers of color, the additional challenges that they have faced, and why it’s important to diversify the teacher workforce.
