So posted 17-year-old Emily Ritchey from the small town of Amberson, Pa., on Facebook FB about 10 days ago, adding, “When you step out of your comfort zone, you might end up having the time of your life.” Which, indeed, she did, as a participant in F&M College Prep, a three-week summer enrichment program for talented high school seniors hailing from a wide range of low-income communities.
