Sesha Jackson-Woodard

Sesha Jackson-Woodard received her B.S degree in Laboratory Animal Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. With a strong passion for science, she has worked/served as a Laboratory Scientist, Biologist, Science Teacher, Youth Leader, Training Coordinator and Quality Assurance Auditor for scientific research studies. As a scientist and licensed dance instructor through The Eagles International Training Institute, her background allows her to facilitate workshops that engage children in science by integrating dance/movement & action-based learning. Through her business, Dropping Seeds in Motion, she encourages the next generation to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math). Sesha is active in several professional organizations, including The Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) and The North Carolina Chapter of the Society of Quality Assurance (NCCSQA). She serves as Co-Chair for the NCCSQA’s Programs Committee and Chair of the SQA STEM Committee. She also serves on the Board for the City of Creedmoor’s Parks and Recreation Department. She lives in Granville County, NC and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their 3 children (ages 10, 8 and 5).
