Sharon Stone

Sharon Stone is a second grade teacher in the Fayette County Public Schools. In addition to teaching, she has served as the President of the PTA of the elementary school in which her sons attended. Sharon currently is serving on the School-Based Decision Making (SBDM) board as a teacher representative. This past summer Sharon, along with other members in the community, helped launch a Fresh Stop Market for the families that have limited access to fresh fruits and vegetables.

Sharon received her BA in Elementary Education (P-5) at Midway College and is pursuing a Masters of Arts in Education (MAED) with Teacher Leader Endorsement Preparation at Eastern Kentucky University. Sharon currently lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her husband, William and their two sons, Myles (19) and Elijah (16).
