What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
I’m a big foodie; I take my restaurant notes app page VERY seriously.
What drew you to education?
I took an education policy class during my first semester of college. The inequities in the education system startled me, which inspired me to create my own major in education policy to further understand and advocate for students!
Why are you passionate about working at EdTrust?
EdTrust’s mission to ensure that every student has access to the best possible education by dismantling racial and economic barriers in the American education system deeply aligns with my own values. Working for an organization so closely connected to my mission is such a joy. Fun fact: I interned at EdTrust during college. Ever since, I’ve said my dream job would be to return and work here full-time!
