Jeff Gold is a managing partner at ZS, a global consulting and technology firm, where he has spent more than two decades helping organizations improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Over a 25-year career he has advised more than 100 companies on strategy, technology, analytics, go-to-market design, and process re-engineering.
At ZS, Jeff has held a series of leadership roles, each with sustained growth. He built the firm’s business technology practice expanded it 10x (2008-2015). He then led its global operations and technology business, serving more than 100 clients across 22 offices (2015-2020), and doubled that business. From 2020 to 2024, he was Managing Partner for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading nine offices and again more than doubling the region’s business. He served on ZS’s executive and operations leadership teams from 2016 to 2024. He is now Managing Partner, Client Services, leading the global relationships between ZS and some of its most important clients.
Jeff began his career at Price Waterhouse and co-founded a technology consulting firm before joining ZS. Consulting Magazine named him a Top 25 Consultant in 2014. He is a frequent speaker and has been quoted in numerous publications.
Jeff is committed to education. He served on the board of Book Trust, which helps children from low-income families choose and own their own books. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
