Below is an example of a model individual score report for students and families. The report demonstrates how to incorporate the design elements discussed in EdTrust’s report “Making Assessment Reports More Meaningful for Students & Families.”

Navigate through the interactive report and to learn more about each element. Click on individual sections for additional information on each. While additional pop-up information provides more details on the featured design elements, states and vendors can use “hover-over” functions to provide additional context to the data presented on the report itself.
