Terri Owens

Terri Owens is a single mother of two children in the Rochester City School District. Her daughter (17) is a senior at Vanguard Collegiate High School, and her son (10) attends fifth grade at Francis Parker School #23. She has been active in her school and church communities. She aims to use her own experiences to help advocate for educational equity in Rochester.
