Fast Fact: Ready for graduation and beyond

In New York state, less than 60 percent of black and Latino high school students graduate on time. But at New York’s Elmont Memorial High School, where 9 in 10 students are black or Latino, 97 percent of students graduate in four years.

Next week, at Ed Trust’s National Conference, leaders from Elmont will share how this large public secondary school prepares its students for graduation and beyond.
